HOW TO PREPARE
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to apply. Therefore you need just two documents: Your Resume and Cover Letter. Please make sure that they are in English. We advise you to upload all documents in a PDF format.
In your Resume we would really like to know about your educational background and professional experience. Please clearly specify your roles and responsibilities as well as achievements. You are more than welcome to inform us about your interests and extracurricular skills as well.
In your Cover Letter it would be great to hear about why the role would fit your work skills and experiences. Please provide us with some concrete examples. We also like to hear about your general motivation, why you want to work for WorldTicket and how you would fit into our international team.
We know that it can be frustrating to wait for an answer for an application. However, we strive to get back to you latest four weeks after you have applied.
If you are invited for an interview after our initial screening that is great! We look forward to getting to know you better. Regardless if the interview is in one of our offices, by phone, or on Skype, we really want it to be a dialogue. So we encourage you to prepare and ask questions.
The things we are going to ask you in an interview will mostly be about your work experience, personal expectations, and your role within our international team. In addition, we want to know how you behave in a work environment and deal with challenging situations.
If your profile fits the position we will move forward as soon as possible. Depending on the position, we might invite you for a final interview, conduct an assessment, or ask for relevant references. Our overall recommendation is to be yourself and honest!
