WorldTicket represents one of the world’s leading providers of IT sales solutions for mid-sized and regional airlines and the travel industry. Every year almost 10 million flight tickets are sold to passengers through our IT solutions and this number is constantly growing. Our customers, the airlines, are located in Europe, Africa, and Asia and our +100 employees are distributed between our offices in Copenhagen, Warsaw, Kiev, Bangkok, and China.
We are currently looking for an experienced, innovative and detail-oriented Frontend Web Developer with a passion for UI/UX and online marketing to be based in one of our offices around the world.
You will be working internally hands-on together with our UI/UX specialist and marketing team in support and optimization of our websites and digital marketing tools, support and optimization of our ZOHO solutions used across the organization. You will also be working externally on our airline customer’s PASSENGER RETAIL website solutions, as well as innovating and optimizing processes in the IT solutions we sell to the airlines.
With a growing global team and a global customer base, we provide a highly dynamic and international work environment with daily considerations around different cultures, multiple time zones and various business requirements internally and externally. We work in an online agile environment, with teams in multiple locations, where the pace is high and daily interaction is a must. This requires that you communicate effectively through online tools and are willing to travel and work with your colleagues in their local offices.
We offer a versatile job position where you will be a key supporting team member across several teams within online/digital marketing, UI/UX and graphic design and our project management team to support both internal projects and external projects for our customers.
Primary Job Functions:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- PASSENGER RETAIL website projects and digital marketing projects for our airline customers
- Support, implement and optimize ZOHO solutions internally (today we use CRM, SalesIQ, Tasks, People and Project tools from ZOHO)
- Create KPI dashboards for internal performance measuring
- Create, innovate and maintain websites on WordPress CMS
- Work directly with UI/UX specialist to improve website performance and digital marketing (social media, online rankings, etc)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with WordPress CMS
- Minimum 1 years of experience with ZOHO CRM or similar on a technical level
- Minimum 1 years of experience with other ZOHO tools (please indicate which in your application)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with digital marketing
- Responsive, pixel perfect and mobile design making
- Good English skills (you will be communicating in writing and verbally in English every day)
- A genuine interest in improving user interfaces and user experience
- Experience in working with e-commerce website shops is considered as a plus
- Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator is not a requirement but definitely an advantage
Personal Skills:
The ideal candidate for this position comes with:
- A degree in the Computer Science/Applied Systems Analysis/Cybernetics
- Passion for online and IT tools, digital marketing and UI/UX
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proactive in acquiring new skills when needed
- Good English communication skills and willing to interact with colleagues in other locations on a daily basis
- Doesn’t hesitate to make decisions to drive projects to conclusion
