Settlement flow

Once a ticket is issued on W2-365:

1. Payment is processed through BSP
2. W2 receives funds as the validating carrier
3. The operating airline invoices W2
4. W2 settles via the IATA Clearing House

What this means operationally

• Fully compliant, automated settlement
• No additional reconciliation or follow-up required
• Clear accountability between validating and operating carriers

For the passenger, the result is a confirmed booking with no additional steps.
