A truly Global Organization

“We are a global organization” – that’s what we proudly say in WorldTicket. Within our segment, we are one of the few PSS providers with a global service organization. We have grown into a multi-location organization within the last 17 years after the launch of WorldTicket in 2002.
Today, we are based in Copenhagen but have offices on two continents and develop our solutions in five different countries. Approximately 125 employees enable the best possible services of our solutions and customer support across several time zones. Our five offices are located in Bangkok, Copenhagen, Beijing, Kyiv, and Warsaw. In each of our offices, we have various departments represented. For instance, product development, marketing, accounting services, and implementation consultants are represented in multiple locations. All of the teams work together hand in hand across the countries. Following, being a global organization stands for a more agile workforce, scalability and transparency.
