The summer is right around the corner and the summer holiday period is approaching. What is great fun for most people, is simultaneously one of the most stressful times of the whole year within the travel industry.

Thus, it is self-evident for us, that our global support team is available 24/7, especially in the most stressful times for our customers – the summer holiday period. To ensure that, we have English-speaking staff located in multiple time zones all around the globe – also during this hectic period.“

Understanding that some of our airline customers can experience periods of being lesser staffed during this time, we offer an opportunity to outsource first line passenger service to the W1 GSA team in order to take care of passenger inquiries during periods where you need additional staffing.
