For us as WorldTicket, our customers are at our highest priority. Our mission is to fully satisfy our customers and thus we work every day to provide the best possible service by constantly taking into account what is needed and required.
Hence, our processes are streamlined in order to make the implementation as fast and as efficient as possible for both: airline customers which are being implemented with our PSS and airline customers which are being implemented on W2 Ticketing alone.
With more than 150 PSS and IET implementations in the past, we combined an implementation team consisting of project managers with many years of industry experience on the PSS, GDS, and airline side. Consequently, we can successfully execute on implementations of any level of complexity and scope in a timeline that is suitable for each individual airline.
Our implementation consultants are taking our customers from A to Z: From defining the timeline and the scope of the project together to set up the PSS according to each airline’s business needs. Moreover, our consultants will train the administrators in onsite workshops and assist our customers during the hyper care phase after they go live. Constant support is always promised by us.
