We are kicking off this year with a significant milestone for WorldTicket. Over the coming weeks, all our airline customers are upgraded to the 5th generation of our Passenger Service Solution.
SMS 5 does not only look like a new platform due to a significant “facelift” we have given it in terms of the user interface – it also involves new and optimized daily processes to improve workflows. Therefore, we are hosting multiple SMS 5 introduction webinars during January for all airline employees that will be working with the platform.
